The location is excellent! Easy walking distance of the beach, and not too far from the train station. I had a massage from Amy in the Spa which was a highlight and wonderful experience!

There was just a small issue when our room was missing by housekeeping, but the Reception staff did everything they could to rectify it .

Quite possibly the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything about it was gorgeous from the massive tapestries to the gorgeous grounds to the exquisite food.

The restaurant service. For a restaurant with its aspirations of grandeur, the service didn't match quite match the standards of the food and the surroundings. Nothing major, waiters not knowing who had ordered which dish. At breakfast, dishes not heated. Salt and pepper not being laid on the breakfast table and instead of grabbing it from the empty table next to us, the waiter ran to get them from the kitchen. Also, the rooms are massive, so why only a 5 foot bed? The bed in our friends room was much larger.

Breakfast was disorganised every morning. No seats no cutlery no cups. 3 mornings told it is the busy time. We ate at all different times every morning. Loved Hotel. Breakfast time ridiculous. Shame let the hotel down. Same food every morning. Eggs were scrambled every morning no chioce.

To begin at the beginning, signage for this hotel is too small when arriving from the south. No handicapped specific parking places near enough to the entrance and access to that from the car park, unless you already know your way is poor for the wheelchair user. The hotel itself is bit of a warren. Wheelchair access to the bathroom too tight. The bar was good but the dinner menu limited in both range and quality...

The property is outdated and needs to be fully refurbed. feels like your in a hotel from the 1980s. Bathrooms are like from a council house

Limited parking and have to pay €10 per night for on street parking. Limited channels so unable to watch champions league final at the bar. No decent dining options.
