Location is a bit of a stroll out of town, however the quality of the hotel makes up for that to a large extent, food and service was exceptional. The room was fabulous as were the views over the river.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions because it is convenient for visiting family. The bathroom needs serious updating. Otherwise rooms are comfortable and breakfast is lovely.

A 25 minute walk to Liverpool Street station. Safe zone. Clean bed sheets and towels. Precise explanation in a video on how to take out the key and open the front door.

Quite a small room (Number 1). The whole house is not very clean. In the front entrance there was a desk chair, the greenery was messy. The room had a garden exit. There was an old dirty table outside. The greenery was completely messy, overgrown with weeds . In the room there were Primark bags as shields for the light. The door to the garden was dirty. The curtain in the bathtub was very dirty.

It was in a great location, the rooms where really nice and a great size.

We had come to stay in Cardiff for my partners birthday I had requested some extras in the room, however this had been forgotten about. I had to remind them which ruined the surprise for my partner as we had to wait whilst they went and added the extras to our room. During our stay the WIFI was not working which also meant that the television did not work. This was a massive inconvenience as there is not a lot of signal in the hotel and we couldn’t keep in contact with family/friends who we were travelling with.
