The accommodation was amazing. Everything was done to the highest standard and felt so luxurious. Everything we could possibly need was provided for us. The shower was amazing - it got so hot and was so powerful. The bed was really comfy and the bedding was really soft. The hosts were really friendly/communicative and left us milk, bread and butter. The kitchen was much better than the one we have at home. I could quite happily have lived here!

Room was comfortable & Clean. A little diappointed as attic room with just roof velux windows with no view, but the up side was it was nice & quiet. Breakfast was optional in the bar and was great value as per normal witherspoons menu. Location great for bus into city centre. We appreciated getting a space for car in car park.

The location was brilliant , so close to the tube, supermarket and walking distance to the river and other major sites. The apartment was so clean, had everything we needed to be self sufficient. Really large for London. Stuff were very welcoming. I would never stay anywhere else in London.

extremely clean and newly updated, has good lighting, extra heater/fan, tea/coffee, with fabulous communication from the owner - nothing too much trouble and prompt with answering questions, plenty of car parking, 10min walk to the race course, lovely quiet village setting.

Unfortunately, the pub next door had closed and no restaurants within walking distance, although some lovely pubs a short drive away. The bathroom was very clean and new but a little compact, difficulty washing face and cleaning teeth in small sink, shower average size but this is being very picky.

The location works best if one has a car. It's not difficult to get around but it's not central to Hereford.

The location was superb for me as I was attending an event at Cairo Hall. I was able to stop back a few times to grab things from my room.

The toilets/showers (that were working) were very basic. The room was basic. While I was expecting this to an extent Sunday morning having not slept well I was disturbed constantly from around 6AM as doors slammed going to and from the facilities. Heavy damping on the doors and thin walls. The carpets were well worn. An overhaul would be pricey and I expect would put the price out of reach for the target clientele so will only get worse over time.

Great clue for money and friendly helpful staff will use again. Comfortable bed, good central location and value for money room size.

Temporary problem for the hotel is the building site immediately adjacent with construction noise between 8am til 5pm. As we were staying for a single overnight stay - not a problem. Would experience intermittent noise during the day. Not the hotels fault and probably reflected in the bargain price.
