  Excellent location with a great view of the Tower of London. The sky bar was a great addition. Clean room, and fit for purpose.

  The pillows were insanely thick, we didn't ask for any smaller ones as it was only a short stay so that might have been an option. if you sleep on your front you will struggle with the pillows provided. The air con was not cold or wasn't working properly, and as you cannot open the window the room was very hot at night.

  Only 3 dining chairs, broken one hadn’t been replaced. I found the beds less comfy (too soft) than the rest of the family & ended up on the sofa bed. The en-suite shower needs a deep clean
