  We had 2 rooms booked one for us and one for our friends , I arrived at the hotel before my husband and when he arrived they said we had been upgraded so he headed up to the room. I was in another room which had scaffolding at the window as I had checked in. So in the confusion we asked if we could have the upgraded room as both bookings were in our names but they said as I had already checked in they couldn't accommodate our request. Bit disappointing 🥹
