Fantastic stay, speedy check in with room location explained well due to the hotel spanning 3 buildings. Great location, 2 or 3 mins walk from the nearest tube station. We were given a garden room which was out the back of one of the buildings with it's own seating area. The room was clean and well maintained. Will be recommending and hope to stay here again in the future.

Very little although one recommendation would be a towel rail in the bathroom particularly for the hand towel. Also, a slight buzzing noise came from the bathroom now and again but it didn't ruin our stay.

Location, facilities, home made treats, lovely breakfast and amazing hosts, Judith & Eric. Lots of information provided on the local area including places to eat. The garden is lovely to sit out in looking straight over the Solway Firth. We came away with some recipe’s from Eric to try at home once we are back. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was great for the wedding we attended in Leith, as we still had easy access to the city centre. The apartment was clean, light and comfortable. Our host was also super flexible and kind - allowing us to check in a bit earlier so we could get ready for the wedding we were attending!

It's very minor, but there's a lockbox on the railing of the building above and we thought that was the lockbox! So perhaps just pointing out it's on the railing next to the garden flat.

It was such a nice little place away from all the noise but right in the middle of blackpool! It was absolutely cozy and the owners were so nice and friendly, I couldn't have wished for a better stay 💙✨️

Great location in central London and had rooms available last min. Staff were generally very friendly.

Extremely uncomfortable old spring mattress. Stains and hairs on the sheets. Unbelievable loud noise 24/7 from the busy road outside and thin walls so we can hear other guests (we had been told we would not have a window by the busy road but did). Staff entered the room before check out which was quite the shock. Much too expensive for what you get.
