Service although not quick, was very good. The staff were clearly working very hard because it was really busy, but htey explained they were doing their best. The food for evening meal and Breakfast was good and fairly priced. The room was comfortable and clean. Great gardens, leading to open land where the dogs could run free.

The room was very warm and the windows only opened a short way. The shower head wasn't properly attached to the hose so it leaked. Apart from that the place was great. We'd certainly go again!

It was nice and clean and the staff were very pleasant. It was very warm, the shower was a walk-in and was clean and had plenty of good pressured hot water. We didn't have any food, but it smelt amazing.

The Car Park was a bit of a mess, and there was a bit of a wait to be seen. Maybe a bell at reception would help and ordering via app at tables for dinner would be an idea.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer all of our questions and put us in touch with a very efficient taxi firm that we used several times during our stay.

We can't think of anything that we didn't like. However, one possible suggestion would be to provide a few more options in the hospitality tray (herbal teas, hot chocolate etc) in the room.

Teresa was an excellent host and very accommodating. I was on the late very from Shetland and she stayed up in order to allow me to arrive after 11pm.
