To state the obvious, this hotel is primarily for people who have to catch a flight from Luton airport and for whatever reason have to be there super early. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the airport entrance, so the location couldn't really be any better. The room itself was fine, if a bit bare bones and worn out. The bathroom was clean and everything worked correctly. So for a quick overnight stay, it will totally get the job done.

Main issue was just how "old" the room was. The carpet was severely worn out, there were marks and cracks in the wall and the TV was small and placed in a wonky position. Again, not a massive issue if you're just staying overnight to catch a plane. Just don't expect a great level of comfort or polish.

Modern and clean hotel with sleek decor. Located in a vibrant area of London just minutes from the tube, making it easy to get around. Although in a central location, the room was suuuuper quiet, we slept really well here. Our room was bigger than we expected and offered a cool view of London. The breakfast selection was good. Very friendly staff at check-in and breakfast.

These are trifles, but given the price and general standard of the hotel, I would have expected more attention to functional details in the room and also accurate information regarding the same. There where no hooks for outerwear. No toilet brush in the bathroom, which was weird and very inconvenient... Nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom, didn't feel very environmentally friendly to have to put the towels on the floor and have them replaced every day. The room we booked was supposed to have a sofa, but we had none (which was not a big deal but I just expect the information to be accurate in this price range). The minibar was just an empty fridge (again, OK since there was a market downstairs, but the information should be accurate). If these things were fixed/the information was updated to correct details, I would rate 8 or 9 instead of 7. I would have been happy to provide this feedback directly at check out, but the staff (early morning check out) did not interact with us in any way other than to state "check out is done" even though we were the only guests in the lobby at that time (no questions about our stay, "have a nice day" or other frills. All other staff were super friendly).

Near to airport it is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is help yourself to some cheap snacks and drinks in the room. It's £20 to £25 in taxi from airport for 5min drive. Might be cheaper with Uber! I arrived late at night and had instructions to let myself in which was easy. Left in the morning so did not see staff. I would stay there again.

at the heart of Canterbury, stations and attractions easy to reach. Very clean. Could't try its breakfast or dinner but the menu seemed good. Wide rooms. Attention to details.

Very noisy unloading vans from around 7:40 in the morning. Saw the reviews but didn't think it would be as loud or be going as long as it was. Bathroom towel had a ripped hole in it which again, given the cost I wasn't expecting anything fancy but it wasn't nice. Paid £50, didn't expect a lot but £50 seemed a lot for ripped towel and being woken up by crates crashing and lorries reversing early.

I've stayed multiple times in various rooms and my biggest frustration is the fixed shower heads that send out the tiniest streams of water that go everywhere except where you want them. Flexible shower heads would be a superb upgrade.
