Brilliant location, just 2 minutes walk from Earls Court tube which is great for all links into the city. Nice pubs and restaurants close buy plus a big supermarket.5 mins walk away.

I cannot lie, the room was tiny. Its really a small single made into a double. We were there for 6 nights so we had to move furniture around and double stack tables as we had no space to move. No wardrobe just a small rail with 3 hangers, no space for bags or cases and bed not long enough for anyone over 5ft 10. Good points, tea and coffee making facilities and the shower was good. We were 4th floor which was ok had the lift been working. Sadly it was out of order for the whole 6 days. We weren't offered an alternative room on a lower floor however we were given a free £10 late check out. All in all its a compact and friendly hotel, great location and accomidating staff however, if you are claustrophobic then this is not the hotel for you.

Very comfy bed with nice pillows I left a computer charger behind and they saved it for me and found it quickly when I came back for it.

Being able to use the kitchen with excellent facilities is a huge bonus. The central location too is wonderful.

There's only one thing......the scented sticks in the hallway are very powerful and can make it difficult to breathe as you enter....

The room was bland (no pictures). The window really needed a voile/net curtain for privacy. The towel rail was in completely the wrong position and hard to access. It must be very difficult for the staff doing changeovers.

Shower pressure was awful and actually went completely off at one point for a few minutes before returning which isn’t great when your in the middle of getting a shower and have conditioner in your hair stood freezing waiting for water to return but other than that couldn’t fault was perfect for what we needed it for
