  Comfortable bed and comfortable bed, bath and lovely toiletries. Loved that there was private car parking. Great location!

  Welcome was poor. Had us lingering around waiting to check in with no direction to where bar was, info about local area, or explanation of facilities. Bar and food expensive and nothing special. Full of chavvy clientele. Expected better. Room was great but too much space taken up by coffee making equipment. Very annoying!!!!!! You don’t need all that. I don’t drink hot drinks and I like space to do my make up and get ready when my husband is in the bathroom. Clear desk space is essential in both room and bathroom.

  The location was very close to a walking route we wished to do. Quiet pub with good food in a charming village.
