This property was a home from home. We stayed for one night and we had such a lovely time. It had everything you could ever need. The beds were comfy too. Pete was so helpful with information before we arrived and during our stay too. The house is in perfect location with a few minutes walk from the seafront and town. We definitely recommend anyone visiting Brighton to stay 😊

The room was superb, lots of space and very comfortable. It had a huge bathroom with a great shower and plenty of lovely toiletries. We also had plenty of tea and coffee and the room was really clean. The location was ideal for town and for a stroll along the river. The staff were exceptionally friendly and really welcoming

The owner is extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very reasonably priced for somewhere so convenient for the town centre. Easy walking distance to the town centre. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Oxford.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 doubles in it for family celebration of granddaughter which were ok except when arriving back from dinner about 11pm there was a racket ( full blown party , with music , loud shouting and smoking substances out the window, falling over in the corridor etc) going on in the room next door to ours. Hotel staff were aware of it, warned them but it was ongoing to after 4am even after complaints from several other members staying at the hotel! The 5 of us hardly had any sleep that night and regretted staying the night! ( wasted over £320 on an supposedly relaxing luxury celebration for my granddaughter, mother , aunt and 2 grand!!) we wished we had gone home for a good night sleep. On departure we explained our disappointment and frustration to the manager but she said she was not responsible for noise levels???? She offered a 5% discount of £16 which was insulting!! We are regular visitors at this hotel and spa and was not impressed with the flippened attitude of the managed as she admitted the room next door had been warned several times by them and did not conform!! So why did we and other have to pay for that!! 😱
