Staff were amazing. Very clean room and great shower. I slept well. Great location to stadium with food on your door step from macdonalds to carvery. Plenty of shops also. Car felt safe in car park.

The breakfast!! Consisted on a bag with a pasty, yogurt, biscuits, cheese, jam, chocolate bar, butter and orange juice. Staff couldn't off apologised any more when handing it over. Felt so embarrassed for them. The carpet in the corridor upstairs was really faded and looked awful. My booking said a large double bed but it was a normal size.Such a shame as it let the hotel down so much.

Fit the price we paid room was very small and looked out on rubbish at the back of the hotel the breakfast kept running out if hot food I think because the units for keeping the food hot was to small for the amount of people in the hotel

Most of the staffs were jovial and very welcoming. We got first hand help after we accidentally locked our keys inside the room on our way out .

We didn't get bottled drinking water and didn't bring some thinking it's provided but we had to go out and get some as we are not used to drinking tap water. Kindly put some antibacterial airfreshners in the toilets . Noticed one of the staff at the reception was so gloomy,even she didn't answer back to greetings but the rest were so nice anyway not all people are same.

The breakfast was really good. The bar and reception looked nice. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were rude, several times. E.g we didn't have small towels in our hotel room (1 big, 1 small towel per person), I ask for them, staff were patronising and when we came back to our room, the towels were literally thrown outside our bedroom door, not folded. Bedroom was clean but tired (marks on carpet, ripped bedsheet, scratched cupboards, grey shower curtain at the bottom etc). For the price and looking at the photos beforehand, my expectations were definitely not met.

Staff constantly apologising the Hotel was full and service was therefore not up to normal. Sunday breakfast was very poor. Our coach house room was noisy, needs carpet and soft door closures, and silent fan and some extra cleaning.
