Very comfortable apartment - especially the beds! Nice big, well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. Great location near the sea, shops and lots of places to visit. Mount Stewart, Kearney Village and Castle Ward all beautiful and worth visiting. A special mention for Coan Café just across the road….great coffee and beautiful cakes/scones.

Beautiful location. Easy to find. Very quiet. Lovely rooms with tea/coffee & cake on arrival. Delicious breakfast. Comfy bed.

Personal preference but the bathroom door was made of glass which felt weird! A couple ignored the polite notice & brought their dogs into the dining area during breakfast service!

Closest location for access to Pembrokeshire Island tours. Beds were very comfortable. Locations view and access to Sandy bay.

Host was friendly in person but was a little annoying that all instructions revolved around staying quiet for neighbours etc yet even though the host knew that we had to be up early and off for our boat ride around Pembrokeshire islands, came in at 1:30-2am waking us all up. Also, the breakfast was pitiful. Was nice to offer it as DIY as we were leaving early but the thing is the WHAT was on offer. It was pitiful. And pancakes of all things when we had to leave so early is not convenient as difficult to do especially when in a rush. Had I'd know this I would have arranged my own breakfast. Had we not gone as a family and booked both available rooms, I could imagine that it would have been awkward sharing a bathroom and kitchen area with people we didn't know. Also, to state on the instructions that the host prefers their customers NOT (and yes in big bold capital letters) to use 'MY' TV I think was a bit strange. Lastly, (when we were allowed to sit on the sofa, as not allowed to eat sat on it) the sofa wasn't very comfortable for people of age/with health issues. This might sound a bit fussy this review, but as the title suggests, the whole set up is just not for us and we wouldn't opt to stay again despite the accommodation being the closest to Pembrokeshire Island tours in which we intended to go for.

Perfect location for all the city centre attractions. Extra wide comfortable bed. Everything clean and fresh.

Complementary drinks machine in the foyer dispensed some pretty tasteless coffee. Have had better in other Ibis hotels.

Spa was great and the room was clean and comfortable

Food was awful - breakfast was passable. Lunch and dinner had hardly any choice, vegetarian food to rubbish, sandwich was quite inedible and it was really expensive. For a 4 star spa hotel I would at least expect the food to better. A breakfast as a holiday inn is better than what this place served. Whilst the reception staff were amazing - the rest of the staff were pretty poor, slow and sometimes where was just no one around.
