Loved the quiet and quaint location of the property. Loved the high quality specification - comfortable beds and wonderful garden area with two hot tubs. A wonderful welcome hamper greeted us in arrival - what a treat! The hosts have thought of everything, it’s an extremely well equipped and comfortable cottage. Fantastic communication by hosts. Can’t recommend enough.

Logistics of having only one shower room was a bit tricky with our large group of 11 but we managed this fine.

Rooms are low budget, the shower was not good! the pressure was really bad the bath pressure was great and I actually had to use the bath tap to rinse my hair instead of the shower that just wasn't getting the products out of my hair the TV was also a small old TV that the remote didn't work without a lot of force.

Plenty of room, everything you could wish for in terms of facilities. Great location

Perhaps blackout blinds to the front would be good but not a massive issue.

Nice historical building in the centre of the town, and the staff was friendly.

The room itself was a great disappointment, there was no window except for the tiny roof one which you could open just from the bathroom (lol). The toilet and bathroom were poorly equipped, really old and cheap, on top of that electric shower. Cheap vinyl matt on the bathroom floor instead of tiles, a dusty rug in the room, no storage space whatsoever and dark like dungeon room. For over £100 per night what we paid you can get much better, I definitely don't recommend it.

Good location in the centre of the town.

Hotel is old and quite dated. However the service at breakfast did not live up to expectation. There was only one young lady to serve everybody and we had to continuously ask for items to be replenished at the self service buffet section. It was very disappointing.

Our hotel room was very spacious.

The bed was very hard and unfortunately to sleep on. Would definitely recommend a mattress topper.

Upon entry to Restaurant, there is no signage to advice of no need to wait to be seated. We were completely ignored by a member of the Restaurant staff. Poor choice of menu in evening. Tables not cleared. Breakfast ......no healthy options. No topping up of foods. Cramped area. No fresh milk for tea.
