Lady who checked us in was lovely and welcoming nothing was too much hassle. Loved hiring the bikes and cycling along the sea wall. It was lovely and quiet and relaxing.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room. Was also a larger than most including bathroom. Swimming pool and leisure facility where also very good.

No staff at reception when arrived at hotel for 15 minutes. Leisire facility showers temperature not adjustable and where too hot. Leisure facility would do woth a swim wear dryer or small bags for wet swim gear. Could also do woth a beer bottle opener and 2 extra glasses in room if room is for 4 people.

No breakfast so n/a Location good Apartment comfortable and clean. However, communal area ie entrance and staircase would benefit from a clean up.

As above the communal area Also prior to my stay I tried to change my booking to one night less I did not find either Coast Properties or Booking.com helpful in this regard so I ended up paying for a night I did not actually use. Given I had paid a premium to change my booking I found this unacceptable especially as I tried to make the change within the period I should have been able to do so.
