Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  I was thoroughly impressed with the comprehensive and absolutely delicious breakfast. Everything was top notch. It was the BEST breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The staff, from check-in to check-out were stellar, courteous and informative. The room was well appointed and the hot beverages were a welcome addition. The availability of the shuttle and their helpful drivers was a bonus.

  The friendliness of the male house cleaner. Even if not in a good mood, a Good Morning to guests you pass in the halls, would be nice. Just courteous otherwise everything about the facility was impressive.

  Staff friendly and courteous. Nice quiet room; no plane noise heard at all. Well insulated. Room clean and shower nice & hot with good facilities. Breakfast 12pounds and average but staff very nice. Bus stops right outside both ways. Pub on corner which is asian food only but cold beers and wines. Meal prices are a bit expensive for size of meals.

  I absolutely enjoyed the breakfast; the food was incredibly fresh adn delightful. The locations was ideal, being very close to a shopping complex and within walking distance yo the main staion.

  I encounter a minor inconvenience as the room lacked a small fridge, which I needed to store beverage like water and juice. Luckly the reception was open 24hrs to buy cooler drinks when needed.

  Friendly housekeeping staff, very comfortable bed and soft bedding. Slept very well. Kettle and hot drink packets in room which was appreciated. Clean and tidy room upon arrival.

  The hotel is directly opposite 2 pubs and a club. There were noisey teenagers partying until the early hours. The hot water was an issue, the shower kept going hot and cold, no taps in any bathroom ran warm, only cold. The sink in my room made a bubbling noise about every 15 minutes, that didn't actually bother me though. For the price I would stay again! I was so impressed with the comfort of the bed and bedding.

  Helpful and kind host. Comfortable house. Secluded garden. Parking outside. Well equipped kitchen. Near Pensthorpe Park nature reserve.

  With respect, the bathroom let the property down for 2 reasons: A. Shower pressure was miserable. More like a trickle and variable temperature from very hot to cold in seconds. Could benefit from a pump for power-shower effect. B. Wash basin far too small. Water splashed on floor. Master double bed had sharp wooden edges to its corners which caused bruising to my legs when I went around the bed too quickly. Could benefit from cushioned padding around corners.
