Beautiful setting, stunning lake views especially lovely to sit by for evening meals. Studio apartment was a really good size, and had everything we needed. Apartment, grounds and facilities all very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The on-site shop is only very small but Aldi and Booths are just a 25 minute walk away - the road to Carnforth is very busy however and the pavement path is very small and overgrown with no safe space to cross at junctions/roundabouts so extra care needed. Bus service from the site only once an hour so plan ahead. CN Watersports who run activities on the lake were brilliant and a real highlight of the break for myself and my 9 year daughter. Beautiful relaxing setting, looking forward to visiting again.

On arrival, because of the Concert at the Principality, staff were only letting guests stay in the car park, which meant we got a space. Staff gave us a friendly welcome, because of the Pink concert they gave everyone a pink gin and lemonade, which was a really nice touch. The rooms had a massive Tv. There was a hand written note saying "enjoy your stay" in the room, which was large and really clean. A bar of chocolate and shortbread was welcome too! The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Overall the hotel contributed massively to a really good couple of days in this brilliant city.

A basic room with TV, bar fridge and ensuit bathroom. Everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep. Superbly clean. Staff was very willing to store our bags before check in. Theres a bus stop 2 mins walk from the guest house that can take you to the station and center of Cambridge.

Absolutely delightful little pod with literally everything you need. Perfectly clean. Easy to access. Clear instructions to find it. Great parking. The locally sourced BBQ food was delicious! Helpful and friendly host.

We had a wonderful stay here! The property was lovely and very clean, the hosts reached out to offer any assistance or suggestions for the area and it was very close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour as described.

Good selection of continental options and cooked option delicious. We got a free room upgrade and it was enormous. Very handy for public transport and in the centre of Glasgow in less than 10 min.

The waitress at breakfast, whilst very pleasant was lacking in energy and was slow to clear away. There was only 2 people in the breakfast room so it wasn’t that she was busy. She may have been new.

We booked a family room and a double room. The family room upstairs was acceptable although it had a strange smell when we entered.

The double room was on the ground floor with it’s door facing the pavement. Hence, all traffic noise can be clearly heard including any deliveries or cleaning that happens at dawn. The radiator was constantly noisy and it was hard to sleep. The draft was also coming through the door and the room was always cold.
