The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location to Aberdyfi seafront is perfect, the property is in an excellent location and easily accessible on arrival. The property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean with excellent quality decor, fittings and fixtures. Everything you would need during your stay is provided and of very good quality. The use of a parking permit in the car park opposite the property is very welcome.

Genuinely can't think of anything not to like.

The lodge was perfect for the two of us - cosy, clean, quiet, and set in gorgeous countryside. It's just a five minute drive from Oban, but once you're at the site it feels like civilisation is many miles away.

That we only booked for a week and not longer.

Great location. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Good amenities, tea coffee available

The shower was difficult to regulate hot/cold and the shower room was tiny.

Quite a small room, too hot inside. Noisy as well. I would say quite overpriced for what it was.

Close to the area I wanted to be.

TV was a bit crazy. Its a smart TV but trying to be cleaver by logging you out with a checkout date to delete cookies. But because it didn’t work you couldn’t use the smart features. If your over 6.1 the room i was in you would bang your head on the ceiling. Bring ear plugs the pub downstairs you could make out the conversations and then you have the noise of the road as well. The inside of the kettle wasn’t clean… it was a super short stay and I probably wont go back again. No food offered downstairs after 8pm i was up and left at 5:30 am.

Nice room, clean and comfortable

On arrival, it was not at all clear how to get in. There was a sign on the door with a phone number but the writing was so faint and small that I didn't even see it in the dark. I had to ask a neighbouring shop owner to contact the landlord as there was no reply on the number supplied with the booking. That was not at all great.

Breakfast was acceptable

Cleaner room smelled of dogs also dog hairs. We had room number 3 which was opposite fire escape door which banged all night with people going out for a smoke. We stay at the Holiday Inn in Calais at least 2 to 3 times a year, and the standards are excellent. Also all electric to the Hotel was off and we waited over an hour to get into our room after travelling over 4 hours from Chester to attend a family funeral to next day.
