The accommodation was perfect. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was immaculate and had everything needed for a very enjoyable overnight stay. Fabulous location near to the town and easy parking. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a fabulous place to stay.

The location is great. The hotel is a lovely old building. The guy on reception was v helpful. The room I was moved to was nice but it was on the second floor and the lift only went to the first floor due to renovations.

The breakfast was definitely not up to standard and the choices were dated. I would have wanted some really nice yogurt, handmade granola, berries etc. what was on offer was nothing like that. As someone who avoids eating eggs, the breakfast choices were v limited. Also some members of staff could do with some customer care training . There was also issues with the first room I was offered and with the room another of my party was offered. It is a shame because it could be a really nice hotel.

The breakfast hot food isn't good quality but continental is okay. I have stayed in a Holiday Inn before and the food was the same. Plenty of choice though. I would have given this rating a ten for what it was had it not been for the food

Room was poor and right next to a road. Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom door couldn't be closed. No hairdryer and no replacement available. Breakfast was nice but evening food was cold/raw and not pleasant at all. Several people could be seen sending food back uneaten.
