I stayed 3 nights with my family and we found the property to be very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect in close proximity to the Gorge, shops and restaurant. The host was very helpful and was very supportive. I would highly recommend this property especially a family.

It is a lovely countryside Inn with a family touch. The staff are friendly and I felt like at home. I stayed also for the dinner which was also very nice. I am happy to recommend it and I will book it again in the future.

As I was leaving early there was a misunderstanding on the breakfast, so I ended up not having any. It would have been an even better experience if they had organised a take away breakfast box.

Lovely little cottage feel to the accommodation. Slept really well. Good quality bedding and soft & hard pillows - lovely touch. Walk in shower perfect. Facilities - coffee/cereals there is everything you need.

What's not to like when staying at Citizenm? i've stayed at a bunch of Citizenm locations, but first time at Tower of London though and the view was AMAZING. Staff, breakfast, lobby were great.

The alleged ‘hotel’ was above a pizzeria on a busy street across a Chinese takeaway. The access was through a back alley where the automated key access was dysfunctional and to the bedrooms also. For the price, you would expect tea/coffee making facilities though there weren’t any and no breakfast option on a Sunday. The showers though new sprayed everywhere and not a controlled flow. There were no blinds on the velux windows in the attic rooms and there was a lot of street noise from where it’s located from the rabble emptying out of local pubs. This is not a hotel though more of a B&B set up without the breakfast on Sundays

Gardens are lovely.

The room was a junior suite…. Not cheap ! There was a dressing room area but mirror high on wall so couldn’t sit & do hair or makeup.. It seemed as though furniture missing .wardrobe in the bedroom had a hanging stand inside as wardrobe rail broken… pictures attached Where do I start on breakfast service ….Staff were vacant ! Had to repeatedly ask for orange juice, coffee toast etc even when asked it didn’t come, very poor,
