      Lovely large modern loft style apartment with stunning views of the estuary and sea. You could spend a whole day watching sea birds from the big balcony. 3 great pubs 5 mins walk away that all did excellent food at great prices. Lots of castles to visit within 40 mins drive.

      Is as it says on description. Spacious, clean and quiet. Perfect for our needs for one night stay. Left early and wasn't hungry enough to try breakfast so can't comment on that.

      Bed was a bit softer than we are used to so a bit achy on the morning. But that's our own personal preferences and wouldn't put us off staying again. Could have done with a hand towel or mat for coming out shower

      check in experience was good, room and communal areas all very clean and stylish, Location was also key for us and this was excellent

      Didnt really expect to hear staff complaining about other staff and rotas in the reception area, This was a little unprofessional.

      Hotel was extremely clean, fantastic decor and friendly staff.

      The fact that if you try to cancel a few days before arrival date it only offers a partial refund whereas other hotels offer a full refund. Nothing worse than finding the price has gone down £150 and you can't cancel and rebook at the lower price.

      We were told to park on the services close to the hotel and register our number plate. However when we got home we had a £100 parking fee! We rang the hotel and they sorted it out but was quite a shock .
