  Everything was perfect, the apartment was sensational, so well equipped and every detail had been thought about. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture which included a loaf of bread, a whole pack.of butter, marmalade, a bottle of milk and assorted fruit. The location was fabulous, a great 7 minute walk every morning took us to Steephill Cove which was just magical with three cafes to choose from, two opened at 10.00 am and one at 12.00. The crab pasties were amazing! The owner even text me to find out if there was anything he could help us with.

  Location for NEC. 10 Min walk but cheaper than others in area. Also great proximity to rail station and airport. Comfy beds, well stocked tea/coffee and toiletries. Decent breakfast selection. Veggie sausages and poached eggs made on request.

  Not soundproof. Noise and smoke from garden seating got into rooms even with windows closed.

  The staff were great and very helpful. I thought that they did so well under a lot of pressure from demanding clients on a very busy bank holiday weekend. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good

  The hotel was very tacky and showed lack of investment and maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky and those in the hallway were worn++ and depressing.

  Was at a gig at The Garage and hotel was literally a 5 minute walk to the venue. After the gig, there is tons of bars and takeaways surrounding the hotel. Definitely a prime hotel.

  There was no attempt whatsoever from the staff to give us a memorable experience. They just did the bare minimum. The amenities provided were also the same minimum. No attempt at trying to see that we were comfortable. Hotels like these don't see customers as people just just money in their till.
