The property is located off road with ample space for parking and an ideal base for getting around the island and beyond. We were a party of four who really enjoyed the rustic look and feel of the structure which was well maintained and serviced. The kitchen and utilities were excellent and adequate for our needs,the broadband download speed during our stay was good along with the television operated by an Amazon Fire Stick. If you’re considering a holiday on Mull we can highly recommend this well priced and comfortable cottage.

The only negative comment we would like to make is regarding a lack of proper stand up shower. One of our party has physical problems and found squatting down in the bath to use the spray shower extremely uncomfortable and painful. Nothing to do with the property but if coming during MIDGE season and looking to sit outside which has a barbecue area Be Prepared.

The location was a short walk from Waterloo station. The staff were so friendly towards my young niece's - they particularly enjoyed the lollies they were given! Our room was lovely and the ice machine was great

The bed was too soft for my liking. The shower whilst it had good water pressure & was hot. The head of the shower was fixed in 1 position into the corner of the shower near the taps. Making it difficult to get under the water flow.

Uncomfortable bed, no internet, Messaged the host saying that they wasn't any hot water coming out the taps/shower was only Luke warm water, although I did say that I'm fine with a Luke warm shower the host didn't seem particularly bothered about coming to sort it out. Had to share the key box with the ground floor flat trying to fit 2 bunches of keys in when leaving was awkward.
