Wonderful countryside location. Seems to be very eco friendly. Surprisingly good electrical and plumbing set-up for a cabin. Comfy beds and excellent duvets.

Door was very stiff, so needed a slam to close it properly. Other cabins' occupants can be heard quite clearly. It was undoubtedly worse for the other residents as my wife and I had a blazing row that must have been audible to all! Apologies. We were not arguing about the cabin.

Tv didn’t work, paid a premium for a poorly executed stay. Door was left open prior to our arrival, then a strange woman came knocking at door at 2130 as there had been a muck up by owners, with no apology. Nice coffee machine, but pods for it were not in basket but hidden away. Fridge there, but not provided fresh milk or water. Cobwebs. Shoddy workmanship, large mirror leaning against wall and unfixed. Kitchen tap wobbled, damp in shower screen. Questionable stains on sofa.

The hotel is right next door to a nightclub so it is very loud early hours of the morning with everyone outside. Our bedroom window also did not close, there was an opening in it that couldn’t get shut over and so the cold air was travelling in. Tried to turn the heating on to warm the room up however there wasn’t actually any heat coming from the radiator. Staff were helpful when we asked for assistance and they attempted to get higher up to allow the heating on however they were advised against doing this. We have stayed in various locations in hotels and we were very disappointed with this unfortunately

The room was far too small to contain two single beds. The pillowcases were tatty and had seen better days!!!! Bathroom could have been cleaner - couldn't open bathroom window - no help with luggage even though there was a young man on duty and may steps to climb -etc etc
