  Room was lovely and clean. Great bathroom. The staff were very helpful with suggestions of what to see in the area and local restaurants. Good breakfast. Dining room staff were very pleasant and efficient. Easy walk to local supermarket and plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.

  Limited on-site parking. There is, however, free on street overnight parking available after 4pm. Logging luggage to the level 4 rooms is a bit tough with no on-site elevator. Bathroom door wouldn't open fully due to location of bed.

  I've been to many hotels in the world, this is the most beautiful one bar none. Every inch of the hotel oozes great design and aesthetics. The whole staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast is definitely worth it. I will be sure to go back next time I'm in London.

  There was no kettle in the room. Not enough hangers. Our room key expired after 24 hours although we were there for 48hrs. These items were rectified, but I shouldn't have had to complain about such simple things
