Best of all I liked easy communication with the owner.Helena made everything for our comfort.Thank you so much. Location is good.It is not centre of London.But it is very nice district with typical London houses,nice surroundings and it is accessible very easy by underground Mayda Vale and bus 6 to Victoria from city centre.You can get all other sightseeings by tube. The apartment is fully equipped,very light,warm,has climate control which is very important in London. Bed clothes is good quality.It would be good to provide the bedroom with other pillows.For me it was ok.It was too soft and small for my husband. A few supermarkets are next to the apartment. We had nice time here.We will back.

I had warned the hotel I was going to arrive late, and when I eventually got there, they could not have looked more pleased to see me, and then looked after me royally. And that was how they continued to look after me. Hugely recommended! I don’t normally need looking after, by the way, but it was great that they did so!

Lovely location with beautiful views. A great place for a night away for 8 of us. There was a lovely basket of breakfast goodies, wine and chocolate on the kitchen table when we arrived.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. We had a nice lunch on one of the days. Very good location, short walk to the beach.

Rooms need modernising and brightening up. Curtains do not block out the light which is tricky in the summer, particularly with children. Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we do feel the price was high for these rooms. Although, for the location and time of year we understand prices would be on the higher side.

The rooms were clean and tidy- and free flavoured water at the reception. Great location for the airport. 8 minute drive away.

No WIFI apart from in the public dining areas. Was a nightmare when tracking flights. As signal wasnt too good from the rooms- however i did get my steps in. But not so great if you need internet and you are not too mobile.

Room smelled a bit musty. Bathroom smelled strongly of bleach. Pillows were too big and hard. Had to resort to using the cushions instead. Noisy guests outside room late at night.
