We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Stayed in the premier room with walk in shower as my dad had some mobility issues. Updated room well designed only it would be nice to have a non slip shower mat for people with mobility issues. Otherwise the room and the facilities were perfect.

  I liked the option not to have daily housekeeping to my room. The room was a reasonable size for a solo traveller, for inner London. The little interaction I had with staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

  I tend not to use hotel ‘facilities’ that much but there was nothing in the room to point you to ‘hotel facilities for dummies’ except I think something buried in the online TV menu. It had power operated blinds, a heated towel rack - great if you know they’re there and where the switches are!

  Convenient location and cleanliness of the property. Reception was amazing. Wish the one an only person serving in the dining area was but more courteous but I thought he was busy and was annoyed what he does.

  To be honest there is not a lot I liked.

  Misleading description. It clearly says there is WiFi when there isn’t. It does explain that as you walk out of your room you are literally in a kitchen. The bedroom next door is another room being rented out. It’s very claustrophobic with little private space to relax.
