The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We booked this due to close proximity to Manchester Airport, the staff on check in were great and very helpful. I mentioned it was my other half's birthday and they also gave us 2 drinks vouchers which were a great surprise. Finally, the shuttle to and from the hotel to station or airport was pricey but very convenient as no taxis would carry out the journey.

The Air Con in our room was faulty on arrival and due to the late time we arrived there wasn't a maintenance staff member available however, a large fan was supplied in it's place. Similarly, due to our early check out for our flight breakfast service hadn't started. We weren't offered a chance to grab a takeaway coffee or pastry.

Lovely little cottage. Everything you might need was provided e.g. toiletries and towels and there were even extra snacks and some wine. Front garden and back garden as well so plenty of space for my fluffy companions.

The only negative I have is that my tiny dog could get under the gate so I had to be mindful of him escaping when he was playing in the garden. Might be worth adding some mesh to the bottom of the gate. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The caravan site is lovely and has great views over Barmouth. We have stayed here a number of times over the last couple of years. You can walk into barmouth from the site.

The lodge we were in was nice, but it wasn't one of the nicer ones, if I'm being honest. On 1 side, the windows are blocked by a wall. The hot tub lid was broken and too heavy to lift, but this was addressed by the staff, and they changed this over quickly, so that was good. The restaurant seems to have had a change and isn't as good as it used to be. It has now gone more towards tapas....which is lovely if that's what you're after, but it was nowhere near as busy as it used to be, and main meal options were limited.

Flat was lovely, clean and a great place to stay. The additional extras like milk, breakfast and the like were very much appreciated and a nice surprise.

Parking, whilst wasn't a problem in the end, could do with a little more guidance - not 100% sure where acceptable to park as not to upset other residents in the area but everything was fine. Oven gloves and kitchen roll would be good for the kitchen.

The beds were too high. I missed the bar menu by one minute and was told that room service was the only option. About an hour later I was told that I could have had food served in the front reception area (🤷🏼♀️) but this was just gone 11pm and too late. Earlier notice would have been helpful.
