This beautiful hotel is in a 500-year-old building that was originally the palace of a noble family. It is in a convenient location to walk to St Mark's Square, catch a gondola or waterbus, or dine in an uncrowded, romantic restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and was served in the most beautiful room. Best hotel experience ever!

I stayed here with my wife and two adult children for three nights at the end of our most recent two-week stay in Italy. We wanted something central so that the kids could see Venice for the first time and this hotel fit the bill. The beds and pillows were our most comfortable for the duration of our two weeks here and the staff was accommodating and fantastic in helping us find water taxi booking out to the airport. The rooftop was quite enjoyable, but also slightly overpriced even for Venice.

Grest place to stay! Easy to get from the airport by sea, close to San Marco and shopping area. Room is clean and cozy, beds are very comfortable. Great bathroom. Helpful stuff. Price is good. There is nothing to complain about.
