This was the most amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived Daniel was very attentive. We went to Harry Potter the next morning and had the breakfast included with our stay. He had bags filled with goodies waiting for us to take! They were very well packed. Each day he discussed any questions we had. Darren, the chef, was super friendly and took good care of us in the morning. He also spent time talking with us since it was our first time in London. Our rooms were amazing. The beds were super comfortable, I wish I knew what kind of pillows they used, becuase its all I have been thinking about since home. Book this place and you won't be sorry!

The property was a well appointed boutique-like hotel. The rooms were small, but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a successful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive. Simon helped us with transportation details and ticket purchases in London. Carolina was warm and helpful as well. It felt as though we were leaving friends upon departure

I'm usually very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There was a cleaner there, I never got her name but she was so detailed. She left me extra chamomile tea when I was ill. Additionally, I was expecting a delivery that didn't come until several days after I checked out, the concierge was kind enough to store it until I had a friend come pick up for me. The location is also perfect, it's close to everything and 2 mins walk from the subway.

We love the property because of its prime location. First, the area is vibrant and filled with wonderful restaurants and shops. A bit further from the main shopping areas like Selfridges and Harrods but they can be easily reached by bus (bus station within walking distance), tube or even on foot on a nice day. Second , the rooms are clean and modern. Drinks and snacks are complimentary. Third, it’s very close to Big Ben, London Eye and the majestic Westminister Abby.

    1. If you are not a big fan of museums then 3 nights/4 days is enough. 2. Pubic transport using your bank debit card/apple pay is the best way to see London. Public transport system of London is the best I have experienced in the world in terms of connections, frequency and ease of use. By using your debit card, you save buying Oyster card and also enjoy maximum daily tariff. At first use they reserve a maximum amount for the day and and at end of the day they make the final charge which is based on the zone you travelled during the day. during our visit the travel in 6 zones was around Euro 13 and in two zones, it was around 10 euros for entire day per person. You card must have enough balance to reserve maximum tariff. If not, you may not be able to use it the second time and will have to put enough balance to use that card. 3. Change of guards ceremony at Buckingham Palace is overrated in my personal opinion. Thousands of people on almost flat ground trying to see guards marching with bands is much pleasurable on youtube than real life. I think organization should think about facilitating it better (maybe elevated stands). One small elevated place (Queen's memorial) is filled up even an hour earlier than start time. So you invest many hours and in reality see barely anything. 4. Most of the attractions are paid so prepare your mind to spend. 5. National Gallery was free to enter during our visit and is amazing if you are fan of history and art (paintings etc). Caution, if you really want to study (absorb) it can take a long time (even a day). Or, you can appreciate the grandness of one of the era and move on (costs you nothing).

London is not what it used to be, not even 10 years ago. Too many “pray to Allah” and Bollywood friends. Also too busy. Do not recommend visiting London. Wales is a better choice as well as English country side of Edinburgh, Scotland and the smaller towns.

Been here a couple of times, the city doesn't cease to intrigue me. Architecturally marvellous, culturally diverse, food options unmatched, and green spaces simply uncomparable to any other city I've been to. My bike did get nicked within 5min, even in a nice area, so I guess the stereotypes are true. But besides that one incident, I've always felt save (male, though).

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!

Took two appointments for my daughter’s wedding for the family to be together. The service we received was great. We had the apartment above our grandchildren so they made frequent visits using the lift which only added to what was in every way an exceptional stay. The location was amazing as was the furnishings in both apartments. We will use this for future stays in London as it has a hotel feel with the convenience of a flat.

I rated this hotel highly because my expectations were quite low given the budget price. As a regular gig-goer I am used to staying in cheaper more dated hotels, some of which have been awful. as far as value for money this is a great stop over. Has all the essential facilities and the rooms were pristine, staff were so friendly. We didn't get to try the restaurant, it seems about right for london price wise though.
