My friend opened the door and found someone in the bedroom. Then we were told we were in the wrong apartment. We went to the apartment directed and it did not match the pictures. Then a woman asked us to not leave but visit her apartment as she wanted to talk to us to stay. We went to her apartment and she opened the door to the bedroom and there was a man in there. We were shocked. We didn’t know what was going on. We left. Booking. com would not return our money. This was a horrific experience and I don’t recommend this place. And I don’t recommend Booking.com. I will never use them.

We did everything in the four days we stayed. The city is so beautiful and the people were so friendly. Loved it. Getting into the city using the water bus system was a little confusing. You need to have better signage on instructions. Staff werent helpful when we had difficulty. Restaurants, bars, choice of activities and accommodation is very good.

Venice was crowded the first week in August, but it was well worth it. The city is a marvel, absolutely beautiful! We went last minute. Since it was too late to get tickets to the popular attractions, we decided to visit the smaller museums and churches. We had a fantastic time away from the lines. It is fun to walk the city, check out the little shops, travel on the water ferry, and explore the architecture, paintings, and sculptures. There are fantastic restaurants, gelato, and the wine and coffee are exceptional!

The stay at canal view was my favourite of my 10 days in Italy. The room was beautiful, spotless and spacious, and exactly like the pictures. The location is labour 100m from the Rialto bridge right in the centre of San Marco. Matteo was a fabulous host he helped us with our heavy luggage, had a complimentary mini bar and helped with all our questions about transfers to and from the airport, train station and bus station. Every detail was fabulous. The perfect hotel in Venice thank you very much for your hospitality!

Casa Pusterla was the best choice of our visit in Venice. the apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything one may need. it is located a few steps from the Bianalle in the loveliest quiet neighbourhood. The hosts Flavia and Marco waited for us at the vaporeto station and provided all the necessary information. better than any 5 stars hotel (as far as we are concerned)

Excellent , this interior completely immersed in the atmosphere of Italy . The furniture, the walls, the windows, it is the perfect place for the atmosphere of Venice . I am in awe of the people who work there and grateful for such hospitality. The balcony overlooking the bridge, I will never forget. It's the best I could have chosen con tutta l'anima. The room was amazing. Very modern, excellent bed, bathroom and nice shower. Super quite at night but very close to good restaurants and just some steps from Vaporetto station. Breakfast is the best I already had in Italy. Janina and Joni were perfect in all details and information. It is a pearl in Venice. I strong recommend.

Staff were great, hotel is very cute, 5min from parking (Venice has one guarded parking at city entrance) and AT Canal, breakfast is very good ( I can say excellent for such a small space). Price bit high but well deserved. Surprisingly comfortable for such small place but hey, that's Venice, Italy!
