-reception staff was really polite and helpful during the day -breakfast -bed comfort -heating
-loud noise in evening -no iron in rooms -wi fi passwords didn't work and once they did internet was slow
staff were very helpful. on site secure parking. the hotel location was perfect for visiting family in the area. it was excellent value for the price paid.
there was nothing we disliked
Separated building and very inconvience for walking too many steps to the room
friendly stuff always helpful , clean room, free breakfast very nice, free wifi
Door had a problem and remote control of tv wasnt working but didnt try to ask for assistant so i cant really complain. weird smell outside the room, not really bad...just weird
The reception was very helpful with our questions and problems. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was just OK, nothing special.
The hotel had two buildings and our room was in the other one across the street. It was a bit annoying to go back and forth the street with no traffic lights. I wouldn't stay here if you don't have alot of time, commuting took alot of time away from our trip.
Lots of renovation and building going on all day at the hotel
The bed was very comfortable! And it is only a minute away from KFC! Breakfast was average
Reception is not 24/7, half the time staff do not pick up the phone, room is very small, tv guidelines is confusing and wifi is very poor!
Location and late check out
Parking, and breakfast
Hard old mattress, pillows like wafers of concrete, no comfort whatsoever. room not cleaned properly.
Checkin was good and quick
On arrival was told are room was across a very busy main road not attached to the hotel so each morning we had to walk 200 yard across the road for breakfast and went I book up this was not ad vertices on the website .The building was also not very secure as the outer door to the building did not lock .
The location, it was convenient, hence why the hotel was chosen.
I have stayed at the Leyton Ibis before and had a pleasant experience, however this time round the hotel was under construction whilst we stayed, which is completely illegal. There were 7 of us who occupied 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. We suffered noise nuisance as well as electrical and water shortage because of the building works. We were not forewarned of this building work even though I called and checked twice the day before confirming my bookings. We were not even told upon check-in of the work that will be taking place within our stay. It was in complete breach of health and safety within the premises and I was completely unaware that the procedure was illegal until the builders mentioned it to my friend. Upon addressing this matter to management we were offered a compensation fee of £69 when we spent £935 for 5 days. Speaking to a Hotel evaluator, they stated a full refund should be given considering it was illegal to have guests within the premises whilst being under construction in such proximity. Will take matters further with Accor.
The place was very dirty!
The ONLY thing were the ladies booking us in. Really helpful
In our room we had a hairdryer. Great? er no... The mirror was at least 12-15 FEET out of reach. the bathroom was disgusting Slippery. the rooms had no room for 2 people to manouvre as the "Bed design" was extremely more than neccesary.
The continental breakfast was good nice to have warm croissant and rolls.
The decor could do with updating, the nob for the shower was at the far end of the bath and I had to fix it before I used the shower.
There is a bus stop nearby
Our room is on the ground floor so that the room was very wet. And the smelling of the bathroom was not very good.
The breakfast and the location
The size of the room and the drilling throughout the day
The breakfast was brilliant.
Got placed in a room where there were doing renovations outside in the hallway, I could not handle the noise in the morning and pretty much throughout the entire day and let alone the dust emanating from broken ceiling tile fragments. I must admit couldn't sleep in the same room by the second night considering I had booked all week. The following day I got moved to a room below which had a leak in the bathroom..
Breakfast boilling water aircon comfy bed.
Size of the room its too small
good breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, aircondition, tea&coffee in the room
far from the underground station (~20min walk, but there's a bus stop outside the hotel and a bus line to the tube station), bathroom needs some renovation
there was a power cut 2 days in a row which was very frustrating and left us with a very bad impression of this hotel. We should not have been charged the full amount for this reason alone.
Chould do with a coat of piant in rooms
Quiet rooms Good people working at the reception good connection to public transport
Not enough cups during breakfast No change in breakfast supply room service not at it's best (forgot to fill up towels and needed to be reminded twice)
the beds were so comfy and clean rooms were very big and lots of space over all exellent
everything was perfect I a few extra tea bags two was very everything was ok as I love my cup tea there was only two tea bags ye could afford to put a few more in the room l
