The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was superb. We throughly enjoyed the fireplace in our junior suite which was spacious, warm, and inviting. Every little detail was thought of from hooks in the right places to enough hangars to coffee pods. The hotel is beautifully decorated, reflecting its long history. It's obvious that the family is very proud of their hotel and deservedly so.

Since it was the low season, we were the only guests at the hotel, which made the warm hospitality even more special. The facilities and food were great, we had Macaronis Gruyeriens for dinner, and it was truly satisfying. We also loved the breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains right from our balcony room.

Staying at Boutique Hotel Panorama in Grindelwald was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family, and the warmth and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay were truly exceptional. The views from the hotel are nothing short of breathtaking—waking up to the stunning panorama of the Eiger and the surrounding mountains felt like something out of a postcard. Every moment spent on the balcony or in the cozy lounge was pure magic. The service was impeccable. The family running the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. Their attention to detail, genuine care, and thoughtful recommendations made our stay so memorable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfectly capturing the charm of the Swiss Alps while offering modern comforts. And let’s not forget the delicious breakfast, with fresh, local ingredients that set the perfect tone for our days of exploring. This hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. If you’re visiting Grindelwald, Boutique Hotel Panorama is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return!

Absolutely perfect, all details are well thought out. “Omnia” in Arabic means “a wish”, and being hosted at the omnia certainly feels like one.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the centre of Saas-Fee but in a quiet location. It's architectural design is beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toiletries were really nice. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We really appreciated being able to have an early breakfast and being given a little bag of snacks and water after we came back from a long day in the mountains - it is small details like this that really makes this hotel special. Room service was great as well. The transfer service to the bus station was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful facility and the owners of the hotel were great! Very accommodating!

Secluded in the top of Engelberg in the last street, Villa Hundert’s location is very romantic. When you enter the building, you immediately feel the owners’ touch and soul in everything what’s inside. What Christian and John built here is truly outstanding. It is a full experience and journey, starting with the accessories in the room, the common living room upstairs, and then the main attraction: food and wine. We had quite a few gastronomic experiences with my wife so far, but John’s cuisine paired with Christian’s wine sortiment topped everything we ever experienced. The ski bus has a stop right under Villa Hundert, so transportation to the Titlis cablecar is easy. Highly recommended for everyone, who’s looking for a unique and special experience, paired with skiing or snowboarding. This is the perfect choice for a romantic weekend. We will definitely come back!
