The staff were very friendly. They provided very soft and comfortable quilts, which are much better than hotels that only offer sheets. The bed was moderately firm and did not cause any back pain, allowing me to sleep very well. There was a safe in the room, which made me feel secure leaving my belongings inside when I went out. The trash bin was large enough — I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on for five consecutive days and had no issues at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities are new and modern, giving a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the free coffee and drinks available 24 hours a day—a fantastic perk that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit far from Madrid's city center, it's just an 8-minute walk to Bus E1, which takes you directly there. It's a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality and experience this hotel provides. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

    Excellent city with great transport, albeit slightly confusing method of payment as you can apparently share a transport card. Free travel for under 5s. The city isn't crazy busy in August despite its size, and seemingly lots of locals on holiday. Pick your eateries wisely, as you should be able to eat out for very competitive prices. Small number of places try to rip you off. So try to eat off the main squares or in the suburbs. Felt safe the entire trip. Lots of play parks if you have kids and want to distract them. Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol, Santiago Bernabeu & El Retiro Park are a must. Recommend Txapela for pinchos joy on Gran Via. Gorgeous city. Great weather. Great food.

    Madrid is a great city with many things to see and do. In the summer, it can get very hot, but on the other hand, it is less crowded because many madrileños go on vacation. Enjoying a big city, a capital, with a somewhat slow pace around you is pretty good!

    we stayed overnight in the airport hotel then drove to Avila the next day in a hire car. Avila was beautiful, a medieval walled city. We stayed in an apartment next to the wall. We were there for a family wedding so met up with lots of family members there

    For me, the most important thing in Madrid is its people, they are alive. Do not go to Madrid for a quiet retreat. I was surprised for its night life. Food from all over the word is served and delicious but "tapas" where my favorites. It is really easy to move arround.

    The architecture in Madrid is beautiful and whilst it's not as hip as Barcelona it's also not as frenetic and it's an easy place to get around on foot if you're reasonable fit and able. If travelling in the summer be aware that the Spanish take a siesta for a reason, it's too hot for sightseeing in the late afternoon so make the most of the early mornings and evenings.

    Perfect hotel for what we needed. Travelled over to the soccer stadium with my son. Only in Madrid for the night but managed to do lots of site seeing. This is located down a side street just off the city centre. So you are in a quiet location but also in the city. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean and had everything we needed.     City centre, close to all tourist attractions, to restaurants and bars. It was my 6th time on this place, and I will always be back. Perfect place for couple or solo traveller. Enough if you need place to stay, take a shower and sleep. It's not 5 star luxury hotel, so definitely not for people who expect highest conditions. Perfect WiFi.
