Proximity to the Bond Street tube station was excellent! Easy walk with our suitcases. Lots of shopping & restaurants right outside hotel entrance. Our room had small AC unit which was more than advertised. Hotel is older with no upgrades, and does have narrow hallways/stairwells to carry bags up- I had read previous reviews so this did not come as a surprise. Hotel was suitable & clean for our stay in London!

Fire alarm went off one evening; when we went to check - receptionist said somebody had been smoking in their room. We did not smell any smoke.

The apartment was spacious and recently renovated to a high specification. Clean and well organised, we would definitely stay again and would recommend this apartment. The host was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. There was good communication and information from the host Bus stop outside into town centre and supermarket a few minutes walk .

The hotel is very attractive but my stay was made by the staff. From the frontline reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff everyone was helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade on my second night and that room was stupendous with loads of space and an amazing view.

This is not a reflection on the hotel but Booking.com lists this hotel as being 850m from the O2 which is where I was going. Geographically it is but you have to be able to walk on water to access the O2 that quickly. The journey was absolutely fine using the DLR and tube but I had booked it thinking it was walking distance so that was misleading. To reiterate that information did not come from the hotel itself but rather from the booking site.

Went to see a show at the Albert hall, so perfect location. The place was nice and clean and the staff were all very friendly, nice continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay there again.

We'd asked for an early check in - as heading off to work and not back until late. Got confirmation from Booking.com that it was agreed, reception knew nothing of it.

I did not expect the hotel to be a hub for tourist coaches hundreds of people roaming around made the hotel lobby look like a shop rather than a hotel . We would have left but we could not change our ferry. Run out of Guinness and cider due to tourist. Come to Ireland and can’t get a Guinness!!! Would not recommend hotel if you want a hotel and not a tour operator Lovely view from room but coaches spoiled experience You also had to pick a time for breakfast
