It did what was required, a room close to the railway station after a black tie dinner in the city. Adequate for one night but double bed almost filled the room so very little room to dress. As I said it was adequate for the one night and close enough to the required rail station to get an early train without getting up at a silly time

Room was clean and we slept really well, we had rooms 9 and 7 just through the main door to reception, very handy ! Breakfast was lovely but we would prefer to see long hair tied up as there were hairs in my friends breakfast and a server had long curly hair not tied back? Other than that everything was good.

On google maps on your phone it doesnt take you to the hotel - warning if you are walking, we walkwws for miles late at night as the tunnel was closed and no taxis would pick up, it was late at night so two women following google maps, we were on the flyover but didnt realise the hotel was on the road beneath us ? Everyone does this apparently?

The layout of the room was perfect as i could move around and had enough space. Bed was very comfortable and relaxing and transport was very close highly reccomend especially if you don't live in london and want an easy place to stay to get around.

Shower pressure was wonderful and strong and plenty of warmth. Great view from window. I stayed on the 3rd floor and enjoyed the view. Receptionist was lovely and friendly

Room was a tad small but fine for just myself. Towels could be a bit thicker and bigger.

The room wad on the top floor and the lifts were not in use , also the tvs didn't work but I think it's because they were in the middle of renovating

The bed was uncomfortable, very little parking at the hotel, had to leave my car on the street. Some of the staff really struggle to understand you, every order we did at the bar for food or drinks came out wrong.

Lift way too small, bathroom was too small to use properly or comfortably, struggled to get in passed toilet to close door to reach shower.

Our room was tiny and very hot, with no view. No view at breakfast as we were in the basement. Disappointing as it is called ‘Marine View’!
