The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We are so pleased we chose a sea view. The menu was extensive and the food was prepared to a very high standard. Above all, the staff were so efficient, courteous and welcoming. It all made for a most relaxing and pleasant holiday.

The road past the hotel was a little noisy at times, but this was a minor issue that the hotel has no control over and did not detract from all that was good about this hotel.

Great location with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel had everything we needed, including a full restaurant and bar, beautiful gardens. Nice, homey feel.

The hotel was central to everything in London. Near large train and bus terminals. It had a subway underneath, bus stop out front. Happy hour every night

It is a very pleasant place to stay. Always immaculately clean with adequate facilities.

Sadly on this occasion there were a few details in the room that could have done with some attention. Such as no full length mirror in bedroom. Tatty curtains in bedroom and bare exposed screws on wood panels in bedroom. Sink taps in bathroom needing attention and there wasn't anywhere to put soap and toiletries in shower.

Understaffed. Couldn't get lunch and chefs were absent quitting or in dispute. Room had a smell of damp / foist. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable, seemed like an old and old fashioned sprung mattress. Breakfast was busy but service was overly shambolic with no basic control measures on place. Boiler broke so a hotel full of guests had no hot water for a morning shower.. Location is great. Staff tried so hard but its old, poorly managed and ill suited to the modern age. Stick to premier Inn et al. This is out of date, tired, paint peeling and in need of real investment 😢😥
