Positive section of review
Friendly and polite staff and a well stocked continental breakfast. Contrary to previous reviews, the WiFi is now fixed and was working well. The beds were comfortable with wonderful duvets. Overall I felt well looked after and safe during my stay, and I was very grateful that the staff let me store my luggage for a few hours post check out.

I was in a basement room which was chilly despite the summers day, so could have done with an extra blanket being provided; I also felt I had to keep the blind closed because the contents of my room were visible from the street and there were sometimes loud drunk people outside (can't be helped, it's the city centre!). The room has a glass shower cubicle inside which was fine for a couple but perhaps not ideal for a twin room.

The staff were so lovely, especially the lady who greeted us when we arrived (sorry I didn't ask your name). The area was so pretty and quiet for London. The decor was beautiful in the hotel and in the room. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay in London. The room was cleaned to a very high standard too which was amazing.

Our room would have benefitted from more places to hang up or put away your clothes as we were staying for 3 nights.

I liked the room it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of selection for all tastes.

Being in an access able room as I didn't ask for one. Also there were four assistants in the breakfast area cleaning tables & re stocking the food areas, Two did not do anything from when we arrived until we left ( 09.00 to 09.45) and the other two had to work hard to ensure the tables were nice and clean and replace food items.

I didn't have breakfast , so can't judge . The staff on reception were friendly and helpful .

The carpet had not been vacuumed. There were lumps of dried mud. The coffee mugs had brown coffee stains inside and coffee splashes outside. The lorries driving into the estate were noisy . People smoking under the canopy , to reception, were noisy , on their phones, talking , laughing calling out. Smoke drifting up on the wind into my room . Taxis dropping off customers late, people noisy ,
