The house is located at a very central place - valuebfor money totally. The shopping places, beach and the main market place is 15 minutes walking distance. The house had all the necessary amenities. A full fledged working kitchen ( just bring the ingredients ) and cook your meals. A perfect toilet with latest fittings - nice tub bath too. With perfect toiletries. The studio apartment is perfect for a family with 1- 2 kids too. An amazing experience.

A really nice job is being done on the decor restoration side. Love choice of regency cream and muted yellow. Carpets look clean. Staff are too few but very friendly and hard working. Bedrooms are large and airy with plenty of light, important if you are on a working trip. Lovely and warm Dinner was very good.

That poor old lift. It keeps chuntering year after year but was refusing to make it to the third floor. Not enough staff. They were all really good (apart from the rather gormless young man on reception…. Give him some training please…. He’s willing, just doesn’t know better and how can he unless he is shown?). But it’s false economy to have too few staff. People get disgruntled. Please don’t charge for internet use. In this day and age that’s a rip off charge which puts people’ a m Up.

The bed and pillows were amazing. Best sleep I've had in a while. Room was nice, quiet and Clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Tv had lots of channels.

I am afraid to say there was nothing that we liked about our stay and we were glad to leave the next morning.

We did not order breakfast for the next morning as the evening meal was terrible service and this put us off eating there again. We ordered 4 drinks at the bar and only received 3. The 4th drink had been forgotten. My Brother in law ordered 2 pints of lager and we discovered a piece of broken glass at the bottom of his drink. This is totally unacceptable and extremely dangerous. I hate to think what the consequences would of been if he had swallowed this. Security in the hotel was terrible as strangers seemed to be walking in off the street and hanging about in the car parks. There was no security cameras in the car parks to keep an eye on customers parked cars. The triple bedroom we had booked was right next to the boiler pipes with loud noise. We did go to reception and were offered another room. From the outside the hotel looked lovely but was very tired, worn and tatty inside.

Bedroom poor design and bad lighting. No bedside tables or reading lights room lighting too bright ands cold. TV switched itself on and woke me up in the night. Restaurant closed no food in vicinity
