The location is very close to all the major beaches, beautiful parks, Newquay Zoo, and walking distance to the train station. Bus stop is literally just a few steps away where it is served by the bus to and from the airport. The accommodation feels like home, very clean as well. Cindy made me feel so comfortable. Plus the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back.

The windows wouldn't close. The bed and rooms smelt damp and not clea or fresh. When someone used their sink the water and noise came into our sink waking us up. Needs a refurb.

I couldn’t find any stairs so it just seems there is only lifts to get you to other floors which isn’t a massive problem I just prefer using stairs

We were located at the very top of the property and had a winding climb of 4 sets of stairs and no help with suitcases. I am 73 years old and found this difficult. The worst thing was that our toilet didn’t flush and had to be repaired twice. I had to go halfway downstairs to the general toilet on 2 occasions because of this.
