This was the most amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived Daniel was very attentive. We went to Harry Potter the next morning and had the breakfast included with our stay. He had bags filled with goodies waiting for us to take! They were very well packed. Each day he discussed any questions we had. Darren, the chef, was super friendly and took good care of us in the morning. He also spent time talking with us since it was our first time in London. Our rooms were amazing. The beds were super comfortable, I wish I knew what kind of pillows they used, becuase its all I have been thinking about since home. Book this place and you won't be sorry!

The property was a well appointed boutique-like hotel. The rooms were small, but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a successful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive. Simon helped us with transportation details and ticket purchases in London. Carolina was warm and helpful as well. It felt as though we were leaving friends upon departure

I'm usually very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There was a cleaner there, I never got her name but she was so detailed. She left me extra chamomile tea when I was ill. Additionally, I was expecting a delivery that didn't come until several days after I checked out, the concierge was kind enough to store it until I had a friend come pick up for me. The location is also perfect, it's close to everything and 2 mins walk from the subway.

Beautiful parks, interesting museums, amazing historical buildings. Unfortunately, the city is quite dirty, and the metro is not air-conditioned, stuffy and not clean. Many homeless and antisocial people even in the city center. You feel unsafe because your friends told you that they have lost their phones, and they are simply snatched out of your hands by passing motorcyclists.

What can one say about London?

What can one say about London? There will never be enough time to see all the amazing sites, go to the shops and eat in the fabulous restaurants but my favourite is definitely the Theatres. We saw three musical shows while we were there. Victoria Palace Theatre to see Hamilton is definitely a highlight as was The Great Gatsby the Musical and not forgetting Starlight Express at Wembley, phenomenal.

I used to study in the UK in the late 1970s. Just as crowded as ever. Sad to see a number of British Stores along Oxford street. Surprised at the number of homeless on Oxford street. Shopping no longer fun without the VAT Refund I love the fact that there are so many museums and shows that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

I've visited London for many times before, but still loves it. It has a certain vibe with the mixture of old and modern buildings. As many nation mixes there, you can always find and kind of authentic food. And do not forget, London has westend with many fantastic theaters and plays. I highly recommend wisiting one during your stay. Even if you afraid that your english is not good enough, give it a try. I did it once many year ago, and not goes back 2-4 times a year and have already seen 100+ plays.

I think it is appropriate to evaluate London as the centre of the world under many headings. It was a very strange feeling that a city so crowded and full of tourists could function so calmly. The cleanliness of the places, the beauty of the buildings and historical places were unbelievable. We did not expect to meet such a beautiful city. It is necessary to get up early in the morning to take good photos. We either walked or used uber for transportation. We had no problems either way. Everyone should have this experience and see London at least once.

Come to London, so much to see/do with old cheek by jowl with new. Somehow the dichotomy is fascinating, not jarring. Truly an international city you will hear every language spoken on a quick stroll down any street, and find innumerable cuisines as well. easy to get anywhere quickly, wherher you tube or Uber it.

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!

The apartment was spacious, particularly for London. The communal area is a comfortable, homely and open room that meant we could work from the apartment without having to go into the office. With the current price of hotels in the area about double what it was for the same time last year, this was the perfect solution and still within our budget.
