Very quiet and comfortable. My room (5) was not labeled but it was easy to figure out regardless. Towels and bedding were clean, sink area was clean, bathroom was clean.

Very nice breakfast buffet. For an airport hotel, this one is excellent. Very close to Heathrow, only one stop away from the terminal. Great to continue on to London the next morning. I would stay here again.

Love the location, everything nearby great location and great staff. Keep up the great work.

We wanted to stay at Heathrow and after I researched the options I settled on this and we were not disappointed! It was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. It felt like really good value for London. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff very helpful, quite room as requested and the breakfast and the service was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The spa, gym, and swimming pool facilities were excellent, and all were free to use, which was a great bonus. The breakfast at a nearby café recommended by the hotel was really good. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was, despite being near Heathrow Airport, we couldn’t hear any planes or outside traffic at all, which shows the soundproofing is excellent. The staff were all very friendly, chatty, and helpful. When we had an issue with our room, it was resolved quickly and we were upgraded to a better room without any hassle. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed in a modern Art Deco style and were exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, with high-quality linen. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including plenty of storage space (with two wardrobes for hanging clothes), a safe, fridge, kettle, air conditioning, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. The capacitive touch light switches were a modern feature we liked, and the bathroom ventilation system worked very efficiently. The location is very convenient, with buses and the Underground right next to the hotel, and a train station not too far away. Hounslow High Street is nearby, along with parks, a cinema, and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. There’s even a restaurant within the hotel building itself. Supermarkets like Asda, Lidl, and Aldi are all close by, and many shops stay open until around 11 pm. We also enjoyed being just 1.5 miles from Osterley Park, which has beautiful historic buildings dating back to the 16th centuries.

Location Good restaurant (24/7) Staff friendly Shuttles from and to airport

It’s an amazing place. Always feels like home. Everything is within reach and the staff are always ready and willing to help. Breakfast is perfect and you get access to everything you need. You just have to ask!

Definitely come back. Breakfast was lovely 😍

Everything except deposit money

Very clean and well presented. Super comfortable.

It's just a great hotel, from the location, the staff and the facilities. Breakfast is awesome!

Excellent, friendly staff. Room exactly as expected, location exactly what I needed

The Moxy was great, we were there with our 3-year-old, and the vibe was exactly as we would appreciate as a couple without a child, yet also very accommodating for kids, so we enjoyed both worlds and didn't need to compromise on anything. It's going to be our go-to in the Heathrow area from now on

Very easy access to Heathrow and short, direct 3-minute walk to Tube. Friendly and helpful staff.

Convenience of bus to terminal and bar and coffee shop
