Love the location, everything nearby great location and great staff. Keep up the great work.

Lovely room overlooking the river. Excellent service.agreat place to stay. Terrace for dinner and drinks makes for a relaxing stop over

Very easy access to Heathrow and short, direct 3-minute walk to Tube. Friendly and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. The spa, gym, and swimming pool facilities were excellent, and all were free to use, which was a great bonus. The breakfast at a nearby café recommended by the hotel was really good. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was, despite being near Heathrow Airport, we couldn’t hear any planes or outside traffic at all, which shows the soundproofing is excellent. The staff were all very friendly, chatty, and helpful. When we had an issue with our room, it was resolved quickly and we were upgraded to a better room without any hassle. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed in a modern Art Deco style and were exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, with high-quality linen. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure, and the toiletries provided were a nice touch. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including plenty of storage space (with two wardrobes for hanging clothes), a safe, fridge, kettle, air conditioning, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. The capacitive touch light switches were a modern feature we liked, and the bathroom ventilation system worked very efficiently. The location is very convenient, with buses and the Underground right next to the hotel, and a train station not too far away. Hounslow High Street is nearby, along with parks, a cinema, and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. There’s even a restaurant within the hotel building itself. Supermarkets like Asda, Lidl, and Aldi are all close by, and many shops stay open until around 11 pm. We also enjoyed being just 1.5 miles from Osterley Park, which has beautiful historic buildings dating back to the 16th centuries.

Very quiet and comfortable. My room (5) was not labeled but it was easy to figure out regardless. Towels and bedding were clean, sink area was clean, bathroom was clean.

Very nice breakfast buffet. For an airport hotel, this one is excellent. Very close to Heathrow, only one stop away from the terminal. Great to continue on to London the next morning. I would stay here again.

Excellent value for money. Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Near a tube station

Lovely area. Lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Bus service very good to Hrathrow and It is under £2 versus a Taxi £50. Food was lovely

The surrounding and the facilities of the resort are amazing. All the staff are very cooperative and special thanks to Osama for his warm welcoming.

Incredible price per quality, perfect location, it took me less than 10 minutes walk to reach the hotel once off the plane. Spotless room, super comfortable bed and pillow, I had two perfect nights sleep. The staff was really friendly and helpful. WiFi was great in all parts of the hotel. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious! A special thank you to the kitchen staff always helpful and present to help everybody during a very busy time at breakfast. Breakfast is available from 5 am and there also options to have it to take away, brilliant if you need to catch an early flight. I chose to stay a second night even if my meeting was in central London as it takes around 45 minutes via the Elizabeth line to reach Liverpool Street Station from the hotel. Overall am abolsutely brilliant experience and highly recommended. Also excellent hotel's architecture and interior design!

We wanted to stay at Heathrow and after I researched the options I settled on this and we were not disappointed! It was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. It felt like really good value for London. We would definitely stay here again.
