Excellent service from Yosef and his team. The hotel is modern and comfortable, well integrated into the community with Western standards. Outstanding dining and customer service. They also arrange airport pickup if needed. I would definitely stay with them again

Omg there is nothing that can compare to the total experience of being close and touching 💯 wolf. They are so magical and majestic, I will definitely return at a later date for a longer stay.

Solène and Stéphane are the best hosts you could ever imagine, they are bringing such a good energy on this pristine resort with magnificent view! Stéphane took us for a dawn patrol surf sessions with the quads, and spent a lot of time with us on the evening ☺️. We will definitely come back!

Everything is was superb. The food, the swimming pool, the service, the design, cleanses - everything was top.

We spent two nights at Pitu, a Punggul Village Escape, and I have to say: this place is truly exceptional. I have never been so impressed by a villa before. The entire villa is beautifully built from bamboo, very spacious, extremely private, and comes with its own pool surrounded by jungle views. It was a dream to stay here. The service was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and helped with our luggage. The owner, Agung, came personally to greet us, gave us amazing tips, and genuinely took care of us throughout our stay. He really cares and it felt like Family. We have never experienced hospitality like this before. Breakfast was another highlight… We could choose everything individually including the time when it will be served in our Villa. We had Eggs, Pancakes and fresh fruits and delicious Bali coffee, prepared with high quality ingredients. Esa, one of the staff members, was incredibly sweet and attentive and brought the breakfast together with the chef personally right to our villa. A very special moment was when the Owner Mr. Agung personally drove us to a coffee plantation and showed us around. It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The villa was clean, authentic, beautifully designed and the overall atmosphere was simply magical and also perfect for couples to have a romantic stay. We absolutely recommend Pitu, a Punggul Village Escape and already look forward to coming back.

The owner and the staff were very nice, we even went on a trip with them to the Sekumpul Waterfall. The food was good, the location and the view were beautiful. The pool was very nice, big and clean.

First impression is the Nice Greenery Garden. The room is beautifully set up. Breakfast is excellent. Staff...Mr. Dickey is provided super services. I love to come back again.

Wow! That’s the only way to describe our stay. We found this hotel on Booking.com and chose it based on the “best reviews” – and it absolutely lived up to them. From our late arrival around midnight to the day we left for our next destination, everything was 10/10. The entire team was fantastic and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with only five rooms, which gives it such a warm and personal, home-like feeling. We stayed in a double room, and it was an absolute delight. The hotel is located on a small, quiet street, so there was no noise at night to disturb us. The breakfast was wonderful, and the team made the experience even better with their kindness and attentiveness. One of the things we especially appreciated was the open kitchen available for guests to use. It was such a luxury to make an espresso in the afternoon and enjoy it by the pool, or to wind down in the evening with Netflix before falling asleep. Ever since we left, we’ve missed this place and can’t help but compare other hotels to it. Thank you so much for such a pleasant and memorable stay.
