The only thing aria has got going for it is its location
The room in general from broken furniture to stains to being not clean and hygienic, the smell in the corridor, the broken lifts, the broken gate to park the dirty fan in the bathroom to housekeeping forgetting to make up our room
I liked the location and the view and the staff were lovely
I didnt like the two single beds pushed together when the room was advertised as a queen bed and the waste room was so full of rubish I couldnt even open the door. It smelt like a tip
The lifts not working the time it took to get up and down to the room
Close to everything
No glass wear in apparrment only coffee cups
We noticed a water leakage from bathroom bath cubical and we have complained that in the very first day. It was due to a fault in Bath cubical. As a result water came out from the bath room ant carpets got wet. Apartment staff provided us additional cloths to reduce the situation. Nevertheless unexpectedly in the final day they have charged us additional AUD 300, saying they need this amount to dry clean carpets. It was the worst situation we have faced at Australia.
Location in relation to our interests and travel purposes
mattress pillows cleanliness of walls
The location was good, easy stroll to south bank and about 25 minute stroll to the CBD.
The balcony was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. Bathroom was mouldy and there was no shower door so the floor was soaked after we'd showered. Skirting boards were thick with dirt. Apartment looked like it had been lived in previously as there was stains on carpet and holes in the sofa. Cleanliness was raised twice with staff which seemed dis interested and offered to send the cleaning staff in so we could show them where they needed to clean. Not sure why we should be showing a cleaner how to clean a room when we just came for a holiday! Would not stay here again.
The Appartment was convenient to our wants while in Melbourne. Clean & comfortable with a pleasent outlook in the distance over Williamstown. My wife & I would stay there again. Even doors & windows could be opened. Easy pickup/drop off space.
We didn't have any dislikes.
Spacious apartment. Conveniently located. Close to trams or easy walk to city. Double glazed doors to minimise traffic noise. Walk to Sth Melbourne market. Would stay there again.
Oven needed to be turned on from the power board. Needed to check with reception to find that out. Obviously has a faulty "off" switch.
Convenience to convention centre, cleanliness and comfort
Noise from the highway all through the night
Slow witi connectivity
-location is good
-serviced appartment with this rate is supposed to be cleaned on daily basis, and not on week days only, and by simply changing towels and bins -could not see fexibility in expansion of stay or changing rooms -overpriced compared to facilities available
Very near to convention center Good kitchen appliances Proximity to tram and other CBD areas Close to McDonalds Staff support View from the room Kitchenett In short, it was a pleasant stay
Queen bed was two bed joined so always had the mid gap No consriage to help with luggage Weekends fully booked for one month (i wouldve loved extendinh my stay with them)
Staff were very friendly, especially Brad. He was very knowledgable and helpful to us when we needed assistance. We were impressed with the facilities for the price. Will definitely recommend!
One of us slept in a fold away single which was not comfortable. However the double bed was very comfortable!
Staff were very helpful. The amenities in the room were fantastic. Great location, tram stop 50m down the road
The place as really clean and the staff professional. WiFi connection was very good. Close proximity to the Melbourne Convention Centre.
We were on level 5 and the noise from the adjoining freeways was considerable.
Good value for money and location for conference.
Noisy at night as the room is facing highway, can't sleep well.
Close to the city Value for money Walking distance to everything
Not very clean Shower head was useless No water jug
The friendly staff and it is ideally located.
The rooms looked a little worn, with scuff marks in pretty much every room. The rooms could most certainly do with a new lick of paint and the tiles in the bathrooms with a grout clean.
Hotel is close to tram station, French patisserie with good coffee 100m away, and 500m walk to supmarket and bottle shop.
Some rude staff Place was filthy (stained quilts, mould in showers, balcony was so dirty we didn't use it, pubic hair around toilet, sheets from last guest still on fold out couch, window tracks you could grow seedlings in etc etc). The cleaning staff skipped our room one day, then our one day off - disregarded our DND sign, let themselves in, and nattered away in ? Philippino amongst themselves, while we moved to lounge in our PJs so they could do the rooms. They left unannounced without making beds or cleaning, just left some more towels on unmade beds. Another day, they pulled up the coverless, stained quilt over messed up sheets and left.... When I spoke to reception about it - she was rude and unhelpful - suggesting I email her pics for action, rather than coming up stairs and us showing her. Great location - but our room was filthy - and for two Drs at a medical conference, it won't be very good publicity for the hotel.
Flat very comfortable and clean
no food shops close to it
Location was good, you can easily walk into the city or into South Melbourne which has some good eating spots as well. Apartment was clean, facilities good. Staff very helpful.
The parking is terrible, so narrow that even a small car feels like it has to be squeezed around the bends.
