friendly, clean. okay, there are rules. but of obvious good coexistence. No food and drink in the room, no party, return at 11 pm or you have to say it in advance. keep tidy bathroom and room. The behavior that everyone should keep in their own home . Respect.

This was an Amazing journey from the beginning to end… As soon as we arrived and parked our Car we felt to be at home, Mr Khalid and his Wife opened the door to us to another world of Hospitality as ne kindness and everything else did not matter…Room was Clean with fresh bedding with coffe and tea on table, their house is like a castle and it reminds us of Italy in every corners and furniture, kitchen is big enough to gathering a family with a lovely view to the Garden. What we did enjoy most was the Bathroom and the 2 hot tubs in it, but the really Must in there is the Breakfast …. To die for Also we did enjoy the company of a beautiful Cat We shall thanks this Couple for making our stay pleasant as we felt like a king & Princess Gianni & Margaret

Really warm welcome and daily turn down service, fresh towels & replenishing of drinks. Have own set of keys to come and go as we like. It felt like we had private use of the bathroom, which was an unexpected bonus! Happy to have shoes off after coming through main door. Room itself was well presented and mostly clean. There are house rules but they were fine with late returns. Some might seem a little strong but it's mostly common respect for staying in someone's home. And a pretty quiet room too! A welcome retreat from the bustle of our inland London adventures. Oh, and the 250 bus stops are right on the main rd 1 min walk away, so you're just 1 hr away from Brixton station. Again, perfect for when you want a quiet defrag from the London overstimulation.

A lovely property in a quiet spacious street with unusual views as you drive to and from the property. it was very clean and spacious a very comfortable bed and great bathroom. off street parking too! The hosts seemed the loveliest people I’ve ever met of all my BnB stays. Highly recommended.
