  I appreciated how friendly the staff was and that she was always so polite. Breakfast was great and the room was nice and clean when we arrived. It was easy for us to get from here to the convention center and parking wasn't bad. We even had the pleasure of seeing a neighborhood cat and her kittens which was super cute.

  The only thing that I did not like was when I ran into a single insect that must have gotten inside the upstairs bathroom that my partner quickly disposed of. Other than that, it was perfectly clean with no other things to mention at all.

  The Days Inn is a clean and accessible hotel. We have stayed here over multiple trips to Clearwater. We find it to be convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping and very reasonably priced. There's a free breakfast and the staff are nice.

  The traffic can be heard from Gulf to Bay Blvd in the up front rooms but tolerable. The pool could use some renovations but it is still pleasant.

  I was on FL1, and the people above me were SO loud, there was no sound insulation between floors. I arrived to breakfast at 7:30am, and while there were several staff members sitting in the office, the team did not have any of the food out - we had to ask for yogurt, bananas etc. they didn't have everything prepared and out for the start of breakfast service. **ALSO note to Ownership: The room renovations, and bathroom renovations look great. HOWEVER, you need to buy longer shower curtains!! I had water pooling on the floor outside of the shower stall area. This will cause mold! I had the exact same situation in my personal apartment....vinyl flooring does not breathe, and water will collect under the tiles and cause you big problems. The quick and easy fix is getting shower curtains that extend all the way to the shower stall floor so no water can escape.

  I liked how close the rental was to the venue I was attending.

  The house was in the middle of two rough looking houses (appearance wise). Room smelled like smoke. Codes given did not work to open both doors! Could not lock room once I walked outside the door. Bathroom shower looked yucky. Did not feel very secure.
