The place looks and feels exactly like the images would suggest. Unless you happen to be there when the power is out, it is likely a very nice place. We think....for us, power ran out, which made the whole experience miserable.

On the second day/night, there was a power outage. We came back from Yosemite to a place with no electricity (no lights, AC, etc.) and no water (for drinking, showering, etc.). We were basically stranded (dark, poorly lit gravel road to get out); it was worse than camping, we had to "shower" using baby wipes we had with us, and ration our half-empty bottle of water. We tried calling the owner, who basically ignored us, and the place offered no help outside of 2 flashlights. The power only came back the next day. They didn't even offer us an extension on check-out so we could get ready properly after a sleepless night. Additionally, and this is a smaller gripe, they say they have a crib, but what they actually offer is a playpen, which is very uncomfortable.

1. Poor customer service experience at check in and through the stay. The lady at check in was abrupt and very keen to go a break as we arrived. 2. Rooms look nothing like the photos. Bed linnen was dirty and we had to get someone to change them upon checkin. Dimly lit very small rooms. 3. Breakfast was basic with limited choice. We skipped it on the last day and ate elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting. Toenail clippings in the battle worn and torn bed sheets, the towels were bottom budget hard scratchy towels, the kind you retire and use to clean up when your kid pees on the floor. Brown water. Pullout couch bed had dried stale vomit throughout. Staff was either non existent or completely unhelpful. Free breakfast consisted of one waffle iron and then just a bunch of food they heated by microwave and bought from dollar general. Ceiling tiles in the breakfast room were holding water and were crumbling onto some of the tables. Some creepy guy just watches you eat and there are signs everywhere guilting ppl for wasting food and talking about ramadan. Overall one of the worst experiences we’ve had. My wife was ready to kill me, but luckily we were at Hershey park most of the time.

Staff never mentioned breakfast or its location, they don’t seem to have a messaging system as I told the day clerk about my need to take the shuttle around midnight but was told to tell evening clerk! He told me it comes at 12:59 but when I Check out the night clerk told me it wouldn’t come til 2 am! He was also a bit rude
