Check in and checking out. We asked for an early check in but never had a response and then you are issued a code on the day and can’t get in until 4pm. Then check out was 10am and no option to extend.

It was easy to get to from the highway. The employee who greeted us in the lobby was very friendly.

The rooms were very dirty. Stains on sheets and towels. The tub was stained and the bathroom floor was dirty. When I woke up at 4 am to use the bathroom, I found that the room was also infested with cockroaches. I woke up my kids who were in another room and they also had cockroaches. I was only able to get photos after I stepped on a couple.

The hotel was nice back in the day, however now it’s dated and rundown. Just to point out a few things, the bed was lumpy and offered no support whatsoever, the lighting in the room was dim and dreary, the shower was small and tight, and the toilet was very low on the floor. Furthermore, breakfast was not offered as part of the stay, and parking was provided for a $10 fee. The entire hotel was in desperate need of a total renovation!
