      It was a pleasant surprise to be able to check in at our 10:00 arrival. I had arranged to drop off our bags early since we came into the city by train, but the staff kindly accommodated us right away. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and courteous, which made the start of our stay smooth and welcoming.

      We did struggle a bit with the elevator at first, as we weren’t aware that a room key was needed to activate the doors to shut. Thankfully, another guest kindly explained it to us. Also, while the atmosphere at The Vue was nice, the menu felt a bit limited—it would have been great to see more variety.

      Location is good next to freeway - food - gas stations. Hotel was better than expected would give the room 8 out of 10 stars. Needs to clean the exterior of the building walkway and ceilings. The room needed just a few small paint repairs and a tube of silicone around bathroom floors.

      I am extremely upset with a $50.00 desposit a charge that they say will be returned if there is no damage. I expect that to happen immediately - it has been 5 days - It feels like you are being taken advantage of. They know how to charge for the room on a charge card- which is a great price for a nice room. But when you do not get your deposit back....... That is questionable and a problem I do not like the feeling of being taken advantage of.
